3. Client Responsibilities & Fair Use

As a client using our services, you agree to the following conditions:

• Accuracy of Account Info: You must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding, including contact details and calendar sync links.
• Lawful Use: You will not use our AI voice or chat systems to engage in illegal activities, spamming, fraudulent representations, harassment, or unauthorized telemarketing.
• Legal Compliance: You are strictly responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding call recording, privacy, and wiretapping consent (e.g., Two-Party Consent rules).

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Access to our automated AI tools is provided on a subscription or custom service basis:

• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or custom agreement basis. Payments are processed securely via our third-party checkout integration.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time according to your service plan agreement. Access will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
• Refunds: Due to the infrastructure costs associated with training and deploying custom AI models, setup fees and recurring payments are generally non-refundable unless specified in a signed service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to our proprietary AI technology, software architecture, website designs, custom scripts, and workflow builds. You retain full ownership of your proprietary business data, customer lists, and brand assets provided to us for setup.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bookwithchris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost revenue, lost bookings, or system downtime—arising out of your use or inability to use our AI services.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service, fail to pay recurring fees, or utilize our AI tools in an abusive or unlawful manner.

8. Governing Law & Modifications

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard commercial regulations. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
